Forum: faqs Subject: Why are we no longer being archived?

Hey Friends

My Site http://books.dreambook.com/zfxetc/main.html has not been archived after October of 2007. I have the more recent months saved myself, but I would like see them added to the Internet Archive.

Can you tell me A) why you stopped archiving my site and B) what can be done to get the remaining months added?

Like I say, I might be able to help you if you don't have them. Please reply ASAP.

Thanks
Dave

it looks more like a natural delay. even google is delayed by more than a year:

it is most possible that your site is still being archived. if you want to know for sure, you have to look at your site's statistics and see if it is crawled by IA search bot.

I am actually rather concerned by this. The FAQ indicates that it takes about 6 months for material to show up in the archive. I can not find any material in the archive less than a year old.

Can our precious archive be ill? Is there a way we can help? This is an extremely important tool for internet citizens.
